Fees and Payment Methods

Every inspector is different and comes with varying degrees of experience, education and tools. All Home Inspectors look at the same things right? Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Payment Options
  • Inspection fees are due immediately after signing the inspection agreement and before the inspection begins.
  • Payment can be made using cash, or money order.

Inspections can also be scheduled via email. Click on Request An Inspection and fill in the information requested. If you do send email, please include the property address, including city or township, your real estate agent's name and agency if applicable, and your preferred time and date of inspection.
